KOBOLD 新型KOBOLD型MIK流量計(jì)用于測(cè)量和監(jiān)測(cè)管道中的中小流量導(dǎo)電液體。該設(shè)備根據(jù)電磁測(cè)量原理工作。根據(jù)法拉第磁感應(yīng)定律，在穿過(guò)磁場(chǎng)的導(dǎo)體中感應(yīng)電壓。導(dǎo)電測(cè)量劑用作移動(dòng)的導(dǎo)體。
測(cè)量介質(zhì)中感應(yīng)的電壓與流速成正比，因此是體積流量的值。流動(dòng)的介質(zhì)必須具有zui小的導(dǎo)電率。感應(yīng)電壓由兩個(gè)與測(cè)量介質(zhì)接觸并傳送到測(cè)量放大器的傳感電極拾取。流量將根據(jù)管道的橫截面積計(jì)算。
測(cè)量不依賴于工藝液體及其材料特性，如密度，粘度和溫度。該設(shè)備可能配備了開(kāi)關(guān)，頻率或模擬輸出。此外，還有一個(gè)小型電子系統(tǒng)可供選擇，其中包含一個(gè)開(kāi)關(guān)和一個(gè)模擬輸出。該設(shè)備系列由可選的配料和計(jì)數(shù)電子系統(tǒng)完成。

The new KOBOLD flow meter Type MIK is used for measuring and monitoring smaller and medium-sized flow of conductivity liquids in pipes. The device operates according to the  electromagnetic measurement principle. According to Faraday’s Law of magnetic induction a voltage is induced in a conductor moving through a magnetic field. The electrically conductive measuring agent acts as the moved conductor.

The voltage induced in the measuring agent is proportional to the flow velocity and is therefore a value for the volumetric flow. The flowing  media must have a minimum conductivity. The induced voltage is picked up by two sensing electrodes which are in contact with the measuring agent and sent to the measuring amplifier. The  flow rate will be calculated based on the cross sectional area of the pipe.

The measurement is not depending on the process liquid and its material properties such as density, viscosity and temperature. The device may be equipped with a switch, frequency or analogue output. Moreover, there is a compact electronic system to be selected from, which contains a switch and an analogue output. The device series is completed by an optionally obtainable dosing and counter electronic system.

The counter electronics system shows the current flow rate on the first line  of the display and shows the partial or overall volume on the second line. A dosing electronic system controls simple filling duties and also measures the flow rate, overall volume and filling volume. The analogue output and two relay outputs can be utilised for the further processing of signals.
